License

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use.

Payments

All prices are displayed prior to purchase. Taxes may apply. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if less than 20% of the course is completed. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

Prohibited uses

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing course content.
• Attempting to circumvent access controls or copy protection.
• Using the service in violation of applicable laws.

Access and availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but maintenance, updates, and events beyond our control may cause interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and service marks on Style Essentials remain our or our licensors’ property. Your license grants use solely as permitted in these Terms; no rights are transferred or assigned.

User content

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style Essentials and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use.

Warranty disclaimer

The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Style Essentials and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of the content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence unless superseded by mandatory local consumer laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be as permitted under applicable law.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us and allowing 30 days for resolution. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid term that best reflects the original intent; the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.

Changes
